David is a founding partner and Chief Strategy Officer for Galaxy Digital. He has a decade of international business and financial market experience, and has been involved with a wide range of businesses from startup to large corporations. He has investment expertise in private and public equities, derivatives and foreign currencies and in using fundamental and quantitative analysis to invest on a global basis. In addition, he has significant expertise in digital currency investments, blockchain technology, and the emerging decentralized economy. David is a founder of SolidX Partners, a startup aimed at institutionalizing digital assets as an alternative asset class. He previously was with Millennium Management and served as the head trader and technology analyst for an equity relative value portfolio team. Jim Jackson is a retired professional NBA player. Over his 14 NBA seasons, Jackson was on the active roster of 12 different teams, tying the league record shared with Joe Smith, Tony Massenburg and Chucky Brown. He is currently a basketball analyst for Fox Sports and previously worked for the Big Ten Network. Jim is an entrepreneur and began his business career through a strategic partnership in Dallas with Las Colinas Entertainment Ltd and Consilient Restaurants LLP. Prior to starting at Adaris Capital, he was actively involved in developing and expanding the hospitality, commercial and multi family divisions at Schiff Capital Group, a privately held real estate investment firm. Currently, Que is the Chief Brand & Growth Officer for THINK450, the Innovation Engine of the National Basketball Players Association. A newly formed for-profit Licensing and Marketing business with the goals of maximizing revenue, growing player business opportunities, and positively impacting global culture. Prior to THINK450, Que was the EVP of Brand Marketing & Strategy for Def Jam Recordings where his mission was to redefine and build the record label of the future. Prior to Def Jam, Que founded QUE-IN a Philadelphia based brand strategy and creative solutions agency. Ms. Ewing possesses over 35 years of experience in the high tech field. After many years with Procter & Gamble managing data centers and IT departments, she expanded her expertise in her work with Hewlett Packard and many of their top clients such as IBM and Nortel. Ms. Ewing was the Director of Strategy, Worldwide Channels Organization at Hewlett Packard. During her nearly 20-year tenure with HP she was awarded a patent for her inventions in B2B Internet technology. She headed the multi-million dollar project at Motorola, which led them to win the prestigious Baldridge Quality Award given by the
President of the United States. She has guided Brac Informatics since its founding in 2001. David Drake: Founder & Chairman
David Drake is Founder and Chairman at LDJ Capital, a multi-family office which deals in worldwide funds and maintains over 50+ global directors and family office partners. More recently, Mr. Drake is also seen as a leader in cryptocurrency.  Mr. Drake saw the value of digital assets when everyone was avoiding it.  It all started in 2011 when Mr. Drake collaborated on the JOBS Act to create new laws underlying all fundraising in the U.S. for all ICOs.  He runs a $200M LDJ Cayman Fund focused on cryptocurrency, mining and ICO acquisitions.  LDJ Capital Credit also offers middle market bridge financing to seed upcoming ICO’s.  Previously he held a majority stake as a Managing Partner with Robert Hambrecht in an Alternative Energy Fund NewCommons Capital 2009-2010. Mr. Drake was born in Sweden and is fluent in six languages.  He holds an MBA in Finance and an MA in International Law and Economics from George Washington University in DC where he was awarded the Wallenberg Scholarship for academic merit.

Christina Hollenback: Chair & Founder 
Christina spent the first 13 years of her career in politics building the unprecedented coalitions to win on the DREAM Act, healthcare and higher education access, and expanding workforce development programs.  Christina then became one of the youngest Executive Directors in US national politics. In 2014, she transitioned into Impact Investing and began working with frontline communities to build sustainable solutions as a core part of their strategies organizing for justice from Baltimore to Standing Rock.  She currently is leading Solve at MIT's inaugural work with the Oceti Sakowin to build sovereign energy, food, and water systems and launching VIGILINT Ventures, a first of it’s kind Investment Fund that grows visionary alternatives to the Criminal Justice system. Christine De La Rosa: CEO

Christina started her tenure in the Bay by producing major event festivals such as EDEN, fiveTEN, BLISS, the National Poetry Slam and Oakland Pride festivals. Christina owns or co-own several successful Bay Area businesses, including Craft & Spoon Restaurant, Town Biz Retail Shop, 1st Impressions Hair Salon, The People's Delivery Dispensary all in Oakland, and across the Bay in San Francisco Queen of Hearts Art Gallery and Benefit Health Collective Dispensary, in addition to two event production companies. She is a well-known advocate for the chronically ill, people of color, women, and the LGBTQ community. Christine’s entry point into the cannabis industry was by way of a near death experience. Diagnosed with Lupus in 2009, she spent three years taking 11 synthetic pills daily plus a monthly chemo-like infusion at the hospital, while barely being able to walk. Her introduction to cannabis-based CBD in 2015 changed her life and was the catalyst that inspired her to open Benefit Health Collective and subsequently The People's Dispensary with her co-founders. Her use of CBD has allowed Christine to stop taking all medication. She has been in remission for two and a half years.

Mary Collins: CCO & President 

Mary has over 30 years of experience managing a financial advisory firm. She is the President and Chief Compliance Officer at Spectrum Financial. Mary began working for Spectrum in 1988 and her specialties include: organizational structure, business finance, company leadership, and stewardship visionary. Spectrum provides portfolio management services to individuals, IRAs, corporate pensions, profit-sharing plans, 401Ks, charitable institutions, foundations, endowments, and trusts. Infinitum Humanitarian Systems 
Dr. Eric Rasmussen

Dr. Rasmussen is a medical doctor and the CEO for Infinitum Humanitarian Systems (IHS), a multinational consulting group built on a profit-for-purpose model. By training he is an internal medicine physician with both undergraduate and medical degrees from Stanford University and a European Master’s degree in disaster medicine from the UN World Health Organization’s affiliate CEMEC (Centre European pour la Medecin des Catastrophes) in Italy. He was elected a Fellow of the American College of Physicians in 1997 and a Fellow of the Explorer's Club in 2014. In addition to his corporate responsibilities Rasmussen is a Research Professor in Environmental Security and Global Medicine at San Diego State University and an instructor in disaster medicine at both the International Disaster Academy in Bonn, Germany (BBK, orBundesamt für Bevölkerungsschutz ind Katastrophenhilfe) and the Institute for Disaster Preparedness at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. He also serves pro bono as medical director for two biotech startups, and as Permanent Advisor to the UN Secretary-General’s High Level Expert Panel on Water Disasters. He has been a member of the US National Academy of Science’s Committee on Grand Challenges in Global Development since 2012. Rasmussen is a specialist in the humanitarian sciences with extensive experience in highly-vulnerable communities in Haiti, Mexico, Curacao, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, the Philippines, Tajikistan, Uganda, Kenya, Myanmar, and Tanzania. His disaster deployments include Puerto Rico for Hurricane Maria in 2017, Haiti for Hurricane Matthew in 2016, the Nepal earthquake in 2015, Supertyphoon Haiyan in the Philippines, Superstorm Sandy in New York, Haiti's earthquake in 2010, Banda Aceh for the tsunami, and New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. He served in the US Navy for 25 years aboard nuclear submarines, amphibious ships, and aircraft carriers. He also spent nine years as a Principal Investigator in humanitarian informatics for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) where his focus was civil-military collaboration in conflict zones.

His expertise has been widely sought and he currently sits on the Board of Orascom, Egypt’s largest resort development company, and is also the Chairman of their Investment Committee. Previously he was invited by the Government of Vietnam to review potential master planned tourist initiatives, and is currently working with the Cuban Government to develop and expand their tourism industry.He has held various appointments including being the Chairman of the Cayman Islands Investment Committee, the Planning Review Committee and the Cayman Island Private Finance Initiative Oversight Committee. He has worked with Greg Norman for almost twenty years, both in Costa Rica and Grand Cayman and is currently working with the Mantis Group on projects based in Grand Cayman and Cuba.

Victor Feret: Managing Director
Victor is a Canadian asset manager and Managing Director of Harvey Feret. He oversees value investments in real estate, energy and aviation. In regards to REAL ESTATE, Victor helped to build a full service outfit, from a single distressed acquisition 10 years ago, that now operates a high yield portfolio of income producing properties. He is raising capital for a boutique fund that will invest in income producing industrial buildings in and around the biggest economies of Eastern Canada, focusing on distressed assets in an underserved price segment. In regards to ENERGY, Victor's team focuses on the re-development of distressed hydro-electric facilities, secured by long term government contracts for the supply of electricity. He plans to grow this portfolio sustainably and welcomes co-investments with like minded partners. In regards to AVIATION, Victor's team focuses on the development of storage and maintenance facilities, and the brokerage of discounted planes and helicopters for HNWI. He is also involved in corporate and finance transactions with a real estate element. Having trained and qualified at Coward Chance (now Clifford Chance) in London, Brian moved to their Dubai and Sharjah offices. Sloane Rhulen: Real Estate Consultant / Broker

Sloane is the Founder of Rhulens, a boutique firm that specializes in commercial leasing, investment and land sales, and syndications in Grand Cayman. The firm has recently grown the business to include a residential component offering buyer’s brokerage advice and relocation services for our corporate clients. Ms. Rhulen acts as leasing agent for numerous landlords and represents firms seeking to relocate to Cayman or renew and restructure existing leases. Prior to forming Rhulens, Ms. Rhulen worked in-house at Dart Real Estate, the Island’s largest developer. As Vice President of Leasing, she had oversight of Camana Bay, Regatta Office Park, Flagship, Island Plaza, the Cayman Islands Yacht Club and Marina, and Salt Creek. Ms. Rhulen has been in Cayman since the late 70’s; she knows the Island well and has grown up here. Before relocating to Cayman, she was employed for thirteen years in commercial real estate in Manhattan, first with Newmark Knight Frank and then with CBRE.  She was known as one of the most prolific young brokers on the scene and experienced tremendous success in one of the most difficult market environments in the world.

Zoe is a Director of Holdun Trust (Cayman) Limited based in Grand Cayman, a boutique, privately owned Cayman Islands’ trust company offering bespoke trusts and corporate services.  Her role involves traveling to meet the families and their intermediaries, business development and the day to day administration of the trust company. Zoe was a Trust Relationship Manager with Royal Bank of Canada (Cayman) Limited from January 2013 to February 2015. Her role involved travelling to meet beneficiaries and settlors, liaising with lawyers and investment managers. Zoe liaised with lawyers and their clients on a day to day basis as the primary point of contact. Prior to joining RBC, from 2010 until 2013, Zoe was In-house Counsel at an multi-jurisdictional, independent trust company where she managed a portfolio of complex trust structures for clients all around the world. She was also responsible for the take on of new structures, the set up of new trusts and dealing with all aspects of trust administration.
