Wendy currently holds the position of chief operating office of Favara LLC, a family office focused on real estate but allocating to other sectors which include pharmaceuticals, venture and certain areas of the tech industry. The family office serves three generations of the family and is based in New York City. Previously, she held the position of executive vice president and general counsel for Fulcrum Equities. Wendy also worked with the Schneider Family service as their vice president and general counsel and assisted them in separating the existing family office from the family’s operating company.

Sunshine Holdings Limited (SHL)
Sir Franklyn Wilson: Chairman
Sir Franklyn Wilson is the chairman of Sunshine Holdings Limited (SHL), one of the oldest and largest conglomerates in The Bahamas. He is a prominent businessman, former legislator and land developer who has been repeatedly honored by the government and private entities for his vast contributions to the business landscape and national development. In 1971, Sir Franklyn formed his own accounting firm and later went on to serve as the managing partner of Deloitte &Touche, Bahamas up to 1994. In 1972, Sir Franklyn was elected to Parliament – one of the youngest persons to have ever been elected. He has served as Chairman of The Council of the College of The Bahamas (COB) which has commenced plans to operate the Franklyn Wilson Graduate School of Business; as the founding Chairman of each of The Bahamas Chapter of The Young President’s Organization (YPO) and the World President’s Organization (WPO). In 1979, Sir Franklyn founded the Bahamas chapter of Junior Achievement, a non-profit organization that educates young people around the world about free enterprise. He served as chairman for 10 years. Sir Franklyn was the founding Chairman of Junior Achievement Bahamas and, for nearly 10 years, served as a Director of Junior Achievement Worldwide. He has been honored by Her Majesty the Queen as a Knight Commander of The Distinguished Order of St. Michael and St. George, by the Government of The Bahamas for contributions to national development, by the Bahamas Chamber of Commerce as its Distinguished Citizen and almost 30 years later with the Chamber’s Lifetime Achievement Award. From 2002-2007 Sir Franklyn Wilson served as Chairman of the Council, College of The Bahamas (COB). During his tenure, Sir Franklyn made invaluable contributions to the advancement of the College in general, and to creating a new leadership culture at the College.

Lonnie P. Gienger: CEO
Lonnie is the Chief Executive Officer of Wilkinson Corporation currently building one of the top multi-family owner/operator companies in the country growing by 3,000 to 5,000 apartment units per year.  Starting in 2004 as the company’s president, he was in charge of day-to-day operations building the management team and overseeing its strategic direction and growth. Lonnie also supervised the acquisition of Good Neighbor Care Centers, LLC, becoming its chairman of the board and then CEO assuming responsibility for shaping its path and expansion and growing that subsidiary from about 200 employees in 2004 to over 2000 employees in 52 locations across the country by 2007. Anthem Hayek Blanchard 
Anthem Vault was co-founded in February 2011 by CEO Anthem Hayek Blanchard and President Cynthia Blanchard. Anthem brings extensive knowledge of the gold and silver industry to the company. He was raised by legendary goldbug and precious metals pioneer, James U. Blanchard III, who helped restore Americans' right to own gold and also founded rare coin and bullion company, Blanchard & Company - once, the world’s largest. Kevin Burrows: Founder and CIO 
Kevin Burrows, CFA is the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Diomedea Capital Advisors, a Bahamas-based investment advisory and consulting firm. Kevin is the Owner and Portfolio Manager of the ADIFO Global Multi-Asset Fund, a low-risk global balanced fund designed to preserve and build wealth over a medium-to long time horizon. Other funds in development include the Adi Dassler Film Fund, a private equity funding vehicle for an upcoming move about the founders of Adidas and Puma, the ADvantage Sports Tech Fund investing in early stage sports start-ups, and the Diomedea Blue Mahoe Caribbean Venture Capital Fund investing in promising small companies throughout the region. Thompson won two NBA championships with the Lakers during their Showtime era in the 1980s. He is the father of basketball players Klay Thompson and Mychel Thompson, and baseball player Trayce Thompson. Now an LA-area radio host and Lakers radio analyst.
