Prince Lorenzo de' Medici / The Medici Family 

Prince Lorenzo de' Medici from the Medici family of Italy is an internationally recognized artist and a businessman, he manages the family wealth, and work for other prominent international Family wealth, is an expert in investment in the art business, he has traded more than half a billion dollar in the art in his career, from Modigliani Raphael Picasso to Leonardo da Vinci.

Mitzi Perdue / Perdue and Sheraton Family 

Mitzi Perdue is the daughter of one family business titan (her father founded the Sheraton Hotel Chain) and the widow of another, (her late husband was the family business poultry magnate, Frank Perdue), and she is also a businesswoman in her own right. She started the family wine grape business, now one of the larger suppliers of wine grapes in California. Mitzi likes nothing better than to share insider tips for successful family businesses. Her family of origin (the one that started the Sheraton Hotels) began with the family business, Henderson Estate Company, in 1840, and her Perdue family started in 1920 in the poultry business. These two families have a combined tradition of 276 years of staying together as a family. Mitzi is happy to share actionable advice on how they created and maintained their family businesses.

Jeremy Lindblad
Director of Global Business Development, Lindblad Expeditions
Jeremy Lindblad is the Director of Global Business Development and Innovation at Lindblad Expeditions based in New York City.  Jeremy recently returned to the US after spending two years based in the company’s Sydney office where he was responsible for business development opportunities within Australia and the Pacific region, overseeing sales activities of the Pacific, and serving as the liaison for all marketing initiatives in Australia and New Zealand. Expedition travel is in his DNA.  A third generation Lindblad, he is the grandson of Lars-­‐Eric Lindblad, considered the “father of ecotourism” and the son of Sven Lindblad, Founder and President of Lindblad Expeditions.   From a very young age Jeremy has traveled extensively aboard the Lindblad-­‐National Geographic fleet, which has provided him access to all aspects of the expedition, a keen understanding of the product and a passion for small ship exploration.
Peter Pham
Co-founder & Managing Director of Science Inc.

Peter Pham is co-founder & managing director of Science Inc., a Los Angeles-based startup studio and venture fund with a barbell investment strategy fueling disruptive early and late stage consumer companies. A relentless learner, meaningful builder, and true people person, Peter has partnered with both underdogs and legendary founders to build some of the biggest names in tech. Since the beginning of his career, Peter has assembled one of the strongest and most substantial networks in Silicon Valley, cross-pollinating industries, services, personalities, and products.

Peter was an adviser for Kabam and the only adviser for Ring, each of which were acquired for $1B. He has had more than $2.23B in exits and raised over $500M in capital across 12 different early-stage startups from top Silicon Valley investors. Peter’s other angel investments and advising outside of Science Inc. include Tala (raised $800M last year), Tonal (raised $110M last month), (sold for $180M), and Scopely (valued at $1.9B).

Prior to Science Inc., Peter was the VP of Business Development at Photobucket, where, as part of the founding team, he drove growth to 61M users and led its $300M acquisition in 2007 to Fox Interactive Media, a division of News Corporation. Prior to Photobucket, Peter was the CEO of BillShrink from inception to their 1st million users in a little over a year. BillShrink re-branded to TruAxis, which was acquired by MasterCard in 2012.

Michael Knapp

Starting his career as a landman with MDS in 2007, Michael has since overseen the company’s land acquisition, public relations and government affairs departments. Today the majority of his time is spent leading the company’s capital markets division.

Charles Johnson
Retired MLB Player 

Charles Edward Johnson, Jr. is an American former professional baseball player. He played as a catcher in Major League Baseball with the Florida Marlins (1994–1998, 2001–2002), the Los Angeles Dodgers (1998), the Baltimore Orioles (1999–2000), the Chicago White Sox (2000), the Colorado Rockies (2003–2004), and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays (2005).

The two-time National League All-Star player was considered as one of the best defensive catchers of his era, winning four consecutive Gold Glove Awards between 1995 and 1998. He was a member of the 1997 world champion Florida Marlins team and, is one of only three catchers in Major League history to catch at least 100 games in a single season without committing an error.

To that end, Smith produced and executed exhibition games featuring over 40 retired NBA players against local teams throughout Asia and South America. Later Smith curated intimate conferences for athletes, businesses and Family Offices at iconic NYC venues, including Nasdaq and NYSE.
Dain Kistner

Dain is responsible for helping to guide Pitcairn’s technology strategy, supporting Pitcairn’s business development efforts, and supporting the Executive Team on a broad range of projects. A fifth generation Pitcairn family member, Dain is an elected member of Pitcairn’s Board of Directors, he is chair of the Capital Committee, and serves on the Family Council, which he chaired for 10 years.

Dalton Skach

Dalton Skach, the Chief Executive Officer of Goldgate  Dalton Skach is a successful real estate entrepreneur based in the United States. He attended the University of Colorado Boulder where he received his degree in entrepreneurship and real estate in 2016. Six months after graduating, Dalton started his own commercial real estate consulting business where he sourced more than $250,000,000 worth of off-market commercial real estate opportunities all over the United States for REITs, private equity groups, and institutional investors. Darryl Bell
On-Air Host, Actor, Speaker, Writer, Executive Producer 

Darryl M. Bell, accomplished producer and actor with a powerful business background, possesses a career-long reputation for bringing innovation and positivity to the forefront of the entertainment industry. After a chance encounter with prominent producer, Spike Lee, Bell applied his innate savvy 
business strategy to negotiate with Lee in landing an audition – propelling him far into the world of acting, hosting, writing and producing.  

Following his breakthrough role in Lee’s 1988 School Daze, Bell then gained further notoriety as Ron Johnson in the hit show, A Different World. Over six exceptional seasons, Bell and his fellow stand-out cast depicted life as college students at a fictitious Historically Black College, applying comedy as a means to educate audiences on society’s controversial current events. From discrimination to AIDS, apartheid and war, A Different World made an award-winning impact on television that broke boundaries and pushed the envelope – setting a new standard for television as we know it. Darryl Farmer
President and Chief Executive Officer of 9:23 Management  

With over 15 years of entertainment business experience Mr. Farmer has amassed a strong track record within the entertainment, media, technology sectors. As a manager, consultant and advisor Darryl has represented producers, writers, artists and Executives that have sold more than 50 million albums worldwide. These albums have generated more than $500 million in sales for such companies as Universal, EMI, Sony, and Warner Music Group.

Dr. De (Marcos de Andrade MD, MBA)

Dr. De is an entrepreneur and disruptor in the health space. His greatest focus is in human performance and its perpetuity. Dr. De has dedicated his life to human sciences earning a Bachelor’s in Biology, a Doctorate in Medicine and completing a research fellow at the Cleveland Clinic in the General Surgery and Metabolic Institute. Dr. De also holds a Master’s in International Business Administration and an MBA in Finance. 

Dr. De’s impact is made by championing the idea that human nature and the earth hold the resources to the ultimate human experience. James Milliron​

James “Jimmy” Milliron is Co-Founder & President of Miami Life a leading independent advisory firm specializing in Wealth Enhancement, Estate Planning & Asset Protection for U.S. and International clientele. James Schaefer

Currently, Mr. Schaefer is Executive Vice President of Deltec Bank & Trust -- responsible for business development strategies as well as identifying new market opportunities and global partnerships which include interaction with investment advisory firms, family offices and multiple family office organizations. Previously he served as COO, Old Fort Financial, a Bahamian broker dealer and financial services firm and earlier served as President of Accuvest Global Advisors, a U.S. registered investment advisor specializing in country specific ETF portfolios. Mr. Schaefer is President of the American Chamber of Commerce of the Bahamas and serves as a Trustee of Atlantic College of The Bahamas. He previously served as Co-Deputy Chairman and Director of the Bahamas Financial Services Board. Earlier in his career, Mr. Schaefer worked at several prominent wall street firms and served in the administration of both President George W. Bush, where he was Deputy Assistant Secretary, Office of Public Affairs and under President George H.W. Bush as an Associate Director, Office of Public Liaison at The White House. He also served as a Special Assistant to New Jersey Governor Thomas H. Kean as an advance representative and speechwriter. He is a retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve with over 27 years of service and a recipient of the Airman’s Medal for his actions during and following the attack on the World Trade Center in New York City on September 11th, 2001.

James M. Steuterman, is a Sponsor Affiliate and Chief Executive Officer and President of ARCTRUST III.  He is also President and Chief Financial Officer of ARCTRUST, Inc.  Mr. Steuterman served as a Director and Audit Committee member of ARC Corporate Realty Trust, Inc., from 1993 to 2008.  Prior to joining ARCTRUST Properties, Inc., Mr. Steuterman was Senior Vice President of Toll Brothers, Inc. a Fortune 500 Company, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development, and management of real estate projects nationwide.  Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer as well as an Investment Committee and Board member of New Plan Excel Realty Trust, a $3-billion, NYSE-listed REIT.  Mr. Steuterman has more than 42 years of real estate experience, is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a designated Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM).
Jaspreet Randhawa

Katie Hoffman is entrepreneur focused on driving innovation at the intersection of climate and finance. Katie is a partner at Regeneration.VC investing in founding teams accelerating the transition to a circular economy. As experienced investors and entrepreneurs, the Regeneration team know how to generate value and produce meaningful environmental impact. Their goal is to lead and co-invest in Seed & Series A rounds, building a concentrated high-conviction portfolio with follow-on investments in our winners. Katie is also a partner at Etho Capital, an asset management firm at the forefront of fintech and sustainability.

Katie has helped create policies that influenced the University of California, CalPERS and CalSTRS to shift billions toward sustainable investments; and was a founding member of the divest-invest group, a global network that represents over $10 trillion AUM committed to low carbon investing. She was an entrepreneur in residence at the California Clean Energy Fund, a visiting program manager and lecturer for the sustainability initiative at UC Irvine, and co-creator of an inaugural program on climate and ethics at Cambridge University. Katie is dedicated to philanthropy, and currently sits as co-chair of the NEXUS Global Energy & Environment group, a trustee for the American Renewable Energy Institute, and a senior advisor to the World Ethics and Leadership Foundation. Katie is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, where she co-founded the first resource center and incubator for student-led enterprises dedicated to sustainability.

Laura Walker Lee
CEO at AG Capital

Laura is a globally-minded strategist who has successfully worked at the intersection of culture and finance for over ten years.  

Laura runs AG Capital, a family office that focuses on the advancement of culture by way of world-class creators, impactful storytelling and unique live events.  Founded in 2015, AG Capital is financing and producing projects for Brad Pitt/Plan B, Will Smith/Westbrook and Beau Willimon amongst others.

In addition to AG Capital, Laura also runs Madre Ventures which sources investment capital and provides strategic support to mid/late-stage ventures that are solving significant social, environmental and technological challenges – profitably. Madre's central thesis is, “What would it look like to help one billion people?” MADRE seeks to support that thesis through the verticals of clean energy, mindful technology, and social wellness. The name "Madre" was named after Laura's mother and is a nod to her Mexican and Native American heritage.

Prior to all of this, Laura was a film finance agent at Creative Artists Agency.  From 2007-2014, which was a pivotal time for a burgeoning class of independent financiers, she had the privilege of representing and structuring deals for a bastion of funds; among them were companies like Annapurna, 2929 Entertainment, Silver Reel Entertainment and FilmNation. LaVonne Idlette is an American hurdler competing internationally for the Dominican Republic. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she competed in the Women's 100 metres hurdles.

Her personal bests are 12.77 seconds in the 100 metres hurdles (+1.8 m/s, Montverde 2013) and 8.16 seconds in the 60 metres hurdles (Sopot 2014). Both are current Dominican Republic records.

Idlette appeared on The Amazing Race 32 with Kellie Wells and placed tenth and being the second team eliminated.

Mitch Baruchowitz

Mitch Baruchowitz has nine years of experience in the legal cannabis industry and is considered a national expert in the diverse licensing regimes governing each state. His cannabis career began in assisting Colorado-based legal cultivators to structure state compliant capital transactions and analyzing the legal cannabis market in order to develop an optimal business strategy for their operations. After several years of work with Colorado companies, he co-founded Theraplant, LLC  where he architected the highest scoring application in Connecticut’s highly selective licensing process. In 2014, he cofounded LeafLine Labs, LLC, which was one of only two Minnesota companies to win a license to cultivate and dispense cannabis in extracted form. Overall, Mr. Baruchowitz has approximately 20 years of experience in the legal and finance fields. He is the former Associate General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of publicly traded MarketAxess. He was also the General Counsel of investment banking boutique Pali Capital, which had revenues of nearly $200 million and 200 employees when he was appointed in late 2009 by the Board to lead the restructuring and wind-down of the company. Since 2010, he has led numerous public and private offerings, assisted in the formation and funding of several credit funds and a $60 million REIT while the Head of Investment Banking of ACGM, Inc. and at Cavu Securities.
